Women who get it

I discovered Asele through Instagram and joined the daily step challenge for motivation. Winning 3rd place was a surprise, but the real gift was the encouragement and support. The 10,000-step challenge helped me lose weight, and even my friends and family noticed the change!

I was encouraged to join Asele by my sister, and I love how motivating and supportive the community is. It's a no-judgment zone where everyone is uplifted, thank you for creating this space!

a note from the founder

Asele was built from a need to make sense of my own health data, to go beyond tracking toward understanding, to find the patterns. Along the way, as a biochemist, data scientist, marketer, and founder, I've learned a lot. Asele is how I share health information with more women, to help them take the next step toward a better quality of life, even in a small way.

Inside, you'll find health, nutrition, and fitness recommendations and summaries that help you walk into your doctor's visit prepared to advocate for yourself. I hope you love the app as much as I do. 💗
