For everyone

What is Asele?

Asele is a cycle and symptom tracking app built for African women. Log your cycle, mood, and symptoms, spot your patterns, and walk into every healthcare conversation prepared.

Is Asele free?

Yes. There's a free tier, no credit card needed, and it's built to work on low bandwidth so you're not burning data to use it.

What devices does Asele work on?

iPhone (App Store), Android (Google Play), and any web browser. Your data syncs across all three.

Who is Asele for?

Women who want to understand their bodies, built first and foremost for African women. Whether you're tracking your cycle, managing symptoms, or preparing for an appointment, it's for you.

What can I track?

Flow, mood, energy, sleep, cravings, and temperature, plus cycle length and regularity. One entry is a moment; a month of them is a pattern you can read.

Who is Amara?

Amara is your private, phase-aware in-app companion. Ask a question and get an answer grounded in where you are in your cycle. Your conversations stay yours.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is processed on your own consent and your account is yours. If your employer offers Asele, they never see your individual health data, only anonymous aggregate usage.

For business

Will my company peek at anyone's health data?

No. You get an activation count and a usage percentage, full stop. No cycle dates, no symptoms, no mood logs, nothing that points back to a person.

What happens to the data when someone leaves?

Their account is theirs, always. When they leave, the seat deactivates and their health history walks out the door with them.

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. Health data is processed on each employee's own consent, and a formal DPA is available for EU and UK contracts.

Do we need to drag IT into this?

No. HR shares an invite link, employees hop on the web, iOS, or Android app, and there's no SSO or system integration to wrangle.

What's the smallest team you'll take?

10 seats is the minimum. Smaller crew? Get in touch and we'll work something out.

Can we try before we commit?

Yes. Early partners get a free 60–90 day pilot in exchange for aggregate feedback and a reference.
