Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

You can delete your Asele account and all associated data directly in the app, at any time:

1. Open the Asele app on web, Android, or iOS.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your access to the Services ends as soon as it completes.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in or run into trouble deleting your account, emailsupport@asele.tech from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, all personal information linked to it is permanently removed from active systems, including:

• Account and profile information
• Cycle tracking data and symptom logs
• Wellness logs, journal entries, and health notes
• Community posts, tasks, and reminder preferences
• Amara chat history and app usage logs

What is retained, and for how long

Backup copies are automatically deleted within 90 days of your request, unless a longer period is required by law. Nothing in backups is used for any other purpose during that window.

Delete vs. deactivate

Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone. If you instead deactivate your account, your data is kept and you can reactivate simply by logging back in.
